The 2014 Catch Wrestling World Championship held this past Sunday, July 27th at the MMA World Expo in New York City will go down in history as the first of its kind in over 90 years.

With a deep talent pool of expert level competitors, and non-stop, high energy matches, this event kept everyone on the edge of their seats from its opening Flyweight matchup to the final Absolute match that pitted Flyweight Champion Phil Caracappa against Professional Grappling League Heavyweight Champion, Nicholas Caggia in an epic David vs. Goliath battle that had to go into extra rounds to determine who would wear the Men’s Absolute World Champion Belt (video coming soon!)
