Another phenomenal Catch Wrestling seminar was held yesterday at our affiliate school in Tunja Boyaca, Colombia Planet MMA Fitness Tunja!

The seminar featured Snake Pit U.S.A. Head Coach Sean Daugherty for four intense hours of authentic Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling instruction.
