Coach Floyd Winter (member of Snake Pit U.S.A.’s Coaches Association) demonstrates some basic attacks from the Russian tie (two on one.) Coach Winter was the first American to win Gold in Greco Roman International competition in 1972 and went on to coach numerous Olympians not to mention many elite MMA UFC fighters like Dan Henderson, Matt Lindland and  UFC Hall of Fame member, Randy “The Natural” Couture.
